Fees are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise stated.

Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of access.

You retain ownership of any business data, product listings, or customer information uploaded to Elevana.

By using the Services, you grant Elevana a license to process, store, and display this data as needed to operate the platform.

If you enable online sales, you are responsible for compliance with payment processing, delivery, refunds, and applicable consumer laws.

Elevana is not liable for disputes between you and your customers.

We strive to keep Elevana online and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.

You agree not to:

Misuse the Services for unlawful activities.

Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform.

Upload harmful or malicious content.

Elevana is provided “as is.” We make no warranties about performance, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elevana shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Elevana means you accept the new Terms.
